What services do you offer?
We offer Month-Of Coordination, Partial Planning, and Full-Service Wedding Planning. Whether you need full planning support, help with specific details, or seamless wedding day coordination, we’re here to bring your vision to life and make the process smooth and enjoyable.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Greensboro, North Carolina and proudly serve couples throughout North and South Carolina and beyond.
Do you travel?
A travel fee may be applied for venues requiring 2.5 hours or more of travel time from our home base in Greensboro, North Carolina.
How many coordinators will there be onsite?
Typically, your coordination team will include one lead coordinator (Chanaya) and two coordinating assistants, depending on your guest count and event needs. Additional assistants may be added for larger weddings, extensive setup requirements, or upon request. Weddings with more than 200 guests will require a third coordinating assistant.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for all of our services. After the initial deposit is paid, the remaining balance is divided into three evenly scheduled payments, spaced out as best as possible based on the time between booking and your wedding date.

How do we secure our wedding date?
In order to officially secure your wedding date, a signed contract from all parties and retainer payment are required.
When Should we book?
Booking timelines vary depending on the level of support you need. We recommend booking Month-Of Coordination 6–12 months in advance, Partial Planning 8–12 months in advance, and Full-Service Planning 12–18 months in advance to ensure availability and the best planning experience.
What is the difference between Partial Planning and Month of Coordination?
Month-Of Coordination is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding but need professional support in the final weeks to organize details, communicate with vendors, and manage the wedding day.
Partial Planning provides more hands-on assistance throughout the planning process, including vendor recommendations, planning guidance, and logistical support while still allowing couples to stay involved.
What happens if our guest count exceeds 200 people?
If your guest count exceeds 200 guests, an additional coordinating assistant will be required to ensure seamless event execution. A supplemental assistant fee will apply.
Do you work with DIY couples
Yes, we love working with DIY couples!
We love helping DIY couples bring their vision to life and are happy to assist with setup and installation of personal décor and florals. However, we do not create décor/florals or replace professional vendors such as caterers or DJs. Our role is to coordinate, support, and ensure your wedding day runs smoothly alongside your vendor team.
How involved will you be leading up to the wedding?
Very involved! Each package includes a service commencement date, which is when we fully step into the planning process. However, you’re always welcome to reach out with questions at any time. Once services begin, we schedule check-ins based on your package while remaining available to support you every step of the way.
Do you work with vendors we've already booked?
Absolutely! We’re happy to work alongside any professional vendors you’ve already selected for your wedding day.
